Mictrack Firmware Upgrade Tool

Connect & enter upgrade mode

Plug in the USB Upgrade Cable (not the config cable).
Click Connect and pick the COM port in the browser dialog.

Load the firmware file

Choose the .hex file Mictrack sent you for your device model.

I confirm this firmware matches my device model (printed on the device label) — Mictrack sent me this exact file.

Upgrade

Click Start upgrade, then switch the device power OFF then ON. Keep the cable connected the whole time.

✅ Firmware upgrade complete

⚠️ One required step left, or the device will misbehave: unplug the Upgrade Cable, plug in the USB Config Cable, then open config.mictrack.com and run RESET (factory reset).
