Before you start

1 Switch the device power to OFF
2 Connect the USB Upgrade Cable — USB-A to the PC, USB-C to the device
3 Switch the device power to ON

Batch mode — upgrade multiple devices without reloading firmware or key file

Select COM port

Click Connect and pick the port in the browser dialog (look for "USB Serial" or "Prolific").

Load the firmware file

Choose the .hex file Mictrack sent you. Check that it matches your device model (printed on the label).

Upgrade

Click Start upgrade. Do not unplug or power off during the process (~25 seconds).

Complete setup — Factory Reset

1 Unplug the USB Upgrade Cable
2 Power the device OFF, then ON
3 Connect the USB Config Cable

Check KEY after reset — for devices where LIC may fail after upgrade

Leave unchecked for normal upgrades.
